Animal Nutrition Advancements to be Showcased at WNC Pre-Conference Symposium

CANADA - Industry experts will share research and expertise on how to leverage tools and ingredients for animal performance and environmental benefits, at the Western Nutrition Pre-Conference Symposium in Saskatoon, Canada, on September 20th.

The symposium is hosted by AB Vista in collaboration with Robinson Bioproducts Incorporated, and forms part of the 37thWestern Nutrition Conference (WNC), organized by the Animal Nutrition Association of Canada.

Topics to be covered at the symposium include: tools to assess ingredient nutrient levels through feed formulation and enhance nutrient utilization; superdosing for maximum phytate destruction and improved performance in poultry; feed enzymes to optimize performance and nutrient management in swine; feeding target fiber and starch digestion and alter nutrient excretion in ruminants.

AB Vista technical experts will present information on new research and will be joined by guest speakers, Dr Nickki Sriperm, from Nutritional Statistics LLC, and Dr Robin White, a PhD graduate from Virginia Tech University.

The symposium will convene from 13:00 to 17:00 at the Sheraton Cavalier Hotel in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Registration for the event is now open and can be completed online at www.anacan.org. The event will conclude with a drinks reception.
