The Vencoslats are placed in front of the nest, in order to give the birds easy access to the nest.

The animal friendly design of the plastic slat ensures minimal feet and leg damage, allows good fertilization results and has a good manure transfer.

The slat is strong and stable, with a maximum points load of 200 kg, and can be delivered in several colors; mocha, white or black.

To transport eggs from different nest rows, or houses, to a central collection area, you can use the Vencobelt.

This conveyor system is designed for gentle handling of hatching eggs. With it's durable plastic egg carriers and it's one-chain system, the Vencobelt can easily be adapted to all circumstances.

The design of the carriers allows a slope of the conveyor up to 28 degrees and corners between 0-180 degrees.

From Vencomatic's subsidiary company Prinzen Machines, we offer you the PSP egg packer.

This packer transports eggs from an input conveyor belt (like the Vencobelt) onto different types of setter trays, or onto cardboard trays. The percentage of eggs pointing down is 99,7% providing a better hatching result. Add in the labour savings and, in most cases, the pay back time is less than 1 year.
