Especially for the horticulture and poultry sector, Multifan has developed the greenhouse/recirculation fan, available in 40 and 50 cm.
These fans have a big throw and can resist high temperatures and severe climatic conditions which can occur in a greenhouse.
Low pressure nozzle system for greenhouses
The new Low Pressure Nozzle system for greenhouses evaporates water into very small water-drops.
Through the combination of the evaporation and the air distribution of the greenhouse fan, the temperature can be reduced.
Next to that, the system is also usable for humidification of the air.
The airstream of the fan guarantees a uniform condition throughout the house.
Other advantages of this reliable system are: flexibility, low maintenance level and simple installation, resulting in a climate control at low cost.
Low pressure nozzle system for animals
Earlier this year Vostermans Ventilation introduced the Multifan Low Pressure Nozzle Fan for greenhouses.
Soon after the introduction it appeared, that this fan is also already applied in animal husbandry, f.i. cooling the sensitive dairy cows through the evaporation of water during medium to hot periods.
Also the usage of nozzle systems to spray sow or fattening pig barns is already applied regularly in hot, dry areas. Increasing humidity for young broilers and cooling of heavy broilers or turkeys are other possibilities.
The extra features of the Multifan Low Pressure Nozzle Fan are expressed in the high reliability, low investment costs, easy usage and very low maintenance level compared to high pressure systems.
The combination of the nozzles with a high throw fan provides another feature: optimal spread of water mist throughout the house creating an equal climate in the barn.
Dairy fan
Vostermans Ventilation introduces a new, highly effective, DAIRY FAN.
The modern, highly productive dairy cows need to be served the year around with optimal climatic conditions.
Certainly in summer times, when housed in confinement buildings, the temperature can rise easily to a too high level. Above 22-25°C the cows start reducing their feed intake, need energy to get rid of the excessive heat production and therefore start loosing the usual high milk production levels.
With the new DAIRY FAN Vostermans introduces a solution to prevent these problems.
The fan creates fresh air around the animals, by which the heat stress problems can be solved.
Next to that the air is circulated throughout the house, so dead corners are prevented and the climatic situation within the house is equalized. One extra advantage is the reduction of flies around the cows.
Ceiling fans
Give optimum comfort and improve the working atmosphere. Our P140 fan can be used in e.g. factories, halls, store-rooms, offices or restaurants.
Multifan also offers hose-proof (IP55) ceiling fans in various diameters, which are especially designed for use in greenhouses, chicken and diary farms and other applications that require water and dust resistance.
The new version Multifan Ceiling Fan ensures, during hot and cold periods, an optimal air distribution. Through the aerodynamic blades a maximum air delivery is supplied in all corners of the room, eliminating cold pockets.
