Stewart Brothers recently secured an import permit for another Hybro grandparent stock flock, after having had several other such flocks, and says Stewart Brothers director Mr. Alex Stewart, these deliveries were very successful in demonstrating results which entirely met the company’s expectations, with superior numbers of hatching eggs and fast growing broilers.

The news comes following Stewart Brothers recent attendance at Hybro’s franchise-distributor meeting in June, when they had the opportunity to meet Hybro head office personnel for the first in Boxmeer.

“We are delighted at the confidence Stewart Brothers have shown in Hybro products”, comments Mannes Elkink, Hybro’s area manager for Africa and the Middle East. “The company has cancelled existing distribution contracts with other breeds, to enable them to focus 100 per cent on plans for distributing the recently enhanced Hybro PN+”, he says, “They have become exclusive franchise-distributor for Hybro PN+ PS in Malawi and Mozambique, and will distribute to Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Zambia and the Democratic Republic Congo on a non-exclusive basis.”

The PN+ joins Hybro’s PG+ and G+ breeders, to complete the companies portfolio with a bird that delivers superior performance for producers of hatching eggs and day old chicks, with yet a very competitive broiler.

The appointment of Stewart Brothers Investments Ltd is another important milestone within the framework of this year’s Hybro’s 50th anniversary celebrations, as the company targets ambitious growth, with the aim of becoming the preferred partner for an ever-larger customer base worldwide. Hybro will fully support Stewart Brothers Investment Ltd as its latest member of its worldwide network of franchise-distributors in Malawi, with superior technical service and marketing support provided by Hybro’s African team.
