Print This Page Hungarian Poultry Production Rises
HUNGARY - Hungary’s Central Statistical Office reports that the production of poultry meat in Hungary in the first nine months of this year was 5.2 per cent higher than in the same period in 2005.Overall sales of poultry meat in the January to September period were 3.5 per cent higher year-on-year, with an increase in sales of 6.7 per cent on the domestic Hungarian market and 2.0 per cent lower sales on export markets.
