Jairo Arenazio has led the remarkable growth of the Cobb broiler breeder in the Brazilian market over the past five years, while Fausto Ferraz has been with Cobb there for 12 years.

"We are excited to have such great people in our team," says James Young, vice president of Cobb in Latin America and Europe. "Jairo has done a superb job heading our operation in Brazil, and Fausto has performed well too managing sales and technical service. I'm sure they will be equally successful in taking on the entire Latin American region where their experience and strong relationships will be instrumental in our continued growth."

Jairo Arenazio received his veterinarian degree from University of Minas Gerais State in 1986 and went to work for Pina Branca in 1987, starting as a production manager and later moving into technical service. He joined Cobb in 1995, beginning in technical service for Latin America and in 2000 moved to the United States as technical service manager for Latin America. In 2002 he returned to Brazil becoming general manager of Cobb-Vantress Brasil.

Fausto Ferraz entered the poultry business as a graduate in agronomy in 1992 and worked initially in a technical role with Godave. He joined Cobb in 1995 in a technical service capacity and then moved to sales, becoming sales, technical service and marketing manager in 2005
