AUSTRALIA - Tasmanians are being urged to return any cracked or dirty eggs to shops because of a growing salmonella outbreak in the state's north-west.Several local egg producers have withdrawn their products because eggs were found to be the likely cause of the disease.
At least 16 people have now reported food poisoning in two weeks.
A Somerset bakery closed voluntarily on Monday after being linked to 11 of the victims.
