Markets are back in action

UK - The poultry industry has seen its problems in recent months and this has resulted, on occasions, in sales of live poultry being cancelled on the orders of Defra.

But bans have now been lifted and those markets that still hold live sales are back in action.

Perhaps the biggest regular sale of live poultry anywhere in the Midlands and West is held in Hereford Market by auctioneers Sunderlands.
