Ross-EPI on the road in Poland
POLAND - Ross-EPI, part of the Aviagen Group, recently held a customer seminar in Lichen, Poland. Around 220 delegates, mainly made up of farm and hatchery managers, attended the seminar and enjoyed a number of interesting presentations by Ross-EPI personnel.Dariusz Kulik, Sales Manager for Poland, opened the seminar by welcoming everyone, before handing over to Patrick Claeys, Managing Director, Ross-EPI, who gave an introduction to Aviagen and Ross-EPI. Krzysztof Renowicki, Commercial Technical Manager then outlined effective hatching egg management from farm to hatchery. Frank van Merle, Commercial Technical Manager, followed, looking at incubation and egg breakouts.
Otto van Tuijl, Technical Director and Zbigniew Przybylski, Commercial Technical Manager then discussed aspects of nutrition and parent stock male line management respectively, before Otto brought the proceedings to a close with an introduction to the Ross 708 product.
After a long day of interesting discussions, those attending the seminar were invited on guided tours of the local landmarks followed by dinner and night of music.
Dariusz Kulik said, "We are delighted with the number of people who have taken time to attend the seminar. The presentations generated lively discussions and highlighted a number of useful management tips. The Ross 308 has proved to be a great success in the Polish market and we hope that the introduction of the Ross 708 will add to this success."
