Chicken Exports Up 19 Per Cent

The Brazilian Chicken Exporters Association (ABEF) has announced that January to July chicken export volume rose to 2.2 million metric tons - 19 per cent up on the same period last year.
Brazil exported 339,000 metric tons of chicken in July, 19.5 per cnet more than in July 2007.
