Print This Page Norway Reports No New Cases of Low-Path AI or IB
NORWAY - The veterinary authorities have sent two reports to the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE), indicating no further outbreaks of avian infectious bronchitis (IB) or low pathogenic avain influenza (LPAI).
The reports, both dated 5 January, are follow-up reports.
The one relating to IB reports no further outbreaks of this disease since a single case in February 2008.
The follow-up report on LPAI (Follow-up report no. 1) says there have been no further cases of the disease since the Immediate Notification dated 5 December 2008.
