AME Info reports that A'saffa was started in 2001, engaged in the production of fresh and frozen chicken products. The company began commercial production in 2004 and is a household name today known for its superior quality and stringent production standards.

After its recent expansion, this popular domestic brand has increased their production capacity and accelerated production strength by increasing the number of hatcheries, process houses, machinery and slaughter houses.

With these continuous efforts, A'saffa has been successful in not only producing a high quality product but also something that is economically viable. They have been taking mighty steps in their efforts to expand across the Sultanate of Oman.

A'saffa Poultry Farms SAOG is situated in Thumrait in the southern Dhofar Region. The plant processes 16 million naturally fed and hand slaughtered chickens in a year.
