Philippines Bans Poultry Products from Kentucky

On 13 April 2009, the Philippine Department of Agriculture temporarily banned poultry and poultry products from the State of Kentucky due to the detection of low pathogenic avian influenza (H7N9) in Edmonson County, according to a new GAIN Report from USDA Foreign Agricultural Service.
