New Survey on Prevalence of Arcobacter in Foods

SPAIN - Collado and co-workers at Universitat Rovira i Virgili in Reus have published a survey on the prevalence of the food-borne pathogen, Arcobacter, in meat and shellfish. Arcobacter species were found to be widely distributed in the food products studied.
