Ethical free-range egg producer, the happy egg co. has announced that consumers will be now able to purchase Happy Eggs through online grocer, Ocado. The new listing follows the success the brand has continued to see since the launch at the beginning of the year.

As the only online company that offers groceries straight from a temperature-controlled delivery centre, Ocado customers can be assured they are getting the freshest Happy Eggs straight to their door.

The happy egg co. is committed to producing great tasting eggs laid by birds that enjoy everything that a normal healthy free-range hen requires for its freedom of expression and fullness of life. As well as plenty of green pasture to roam and forage, all Happy Egg farms are equipped with an assortment of activities to enhance the birds' natural surroundings – from perching platforms to sandpits, swings and brashings. In return for living the life of Riley, Happy Hens lay delicious eggs with rich, golden yolks, says the company.

Rob Newall, head of marketing at Noble Foods, said: "We are thrilled that consumers will now be able to buy our products online through Ocado. With a shared interest for offering great tasting products, this is an ideal platform for the happy egg co. to extend its listings."

the happy egg co. eggs are also available from Co-op, Tesco, Asda, Somerfield and Morrisons priced from £1.58 for six medium eggs.
