Print This Page Perdigão and Sadia Merger Cleared
EU - The European Commission has granted clearance under the EU Merger Regulation to the proposed merger between Perdigão S.A. and Sadia S.A.The two Brazilian companies process and supply food products, says the commission statement.
The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
