"In such a large market, the Beijing Poultry Breeding Company and Cobb will work together to strengthen and broaden our cooperation," he says. "This will also consolidate our leadership in the poultry market of China."

Mr Wang's promotion from president of Poultry Business Chia Tai (China) Group in December 2008 was a reward for his success and the excellence of his job during his time with the company. He has brought enormous economic progress and social values to the company by dedicating himself and the company to the process of 'from good to great'.

He joined Chia Tai (China) Group as assistant vice-president of the chairman's office in July 2003, coordinating the business development of the group's poultry subsidiaries. In 2004, he was signed as general manager of Heilongjiang Yongyuan Broiler Company and successfully reduced the company's operating loss by around 20 million yuan within eight months. In December 2005, he was offered the position as vice-president of Jilin Deda Group, another broiler company within the Chia Tai (China) Group. He greatly improved the broiler performance by introducing automatic poultry house environmental and remote surveillance control systems into the Deda broiler farms.

Mr Wang was promoted in June 2006 to president of poultry business of the Chia Tai (China) Group, responsible for the overall poultry business performance within the group. By February 2007, a little over six months in the role, he was asked to take over as the general manager of Beijing Poultry Breeding Company – a joint venture company of Chia Tai (China) Group and Beijing Dafa Livestock Corporation – at a time when it had been suffering significant losses. While managing BPBC, he pushed forward in establishing personnel result evaluation and internal company information systems. The company benefited and turned profitable with Mr Wang leading the implementation of the newly improved systems and management.
