Tyson Foods Inc. plans to expand a poultry processing operation in southern Indiana and says it will add nearly 80 jobs, reports Chicago Tribune.

State officials announced last week that Tyson would spend $626,000 on new equipment to move chicken deboning work from Arkansas and Missouri facilities to its Corydon plant.

Arkansas-based Tyson says it plans to have the new production line in operation by early December at the plant where it now has about 650 workers.
