Sanovo Launches New Corporate Identity

DENMARK - Strong growth along with targeted acquisition and investment has enabled Sanovo to become leading specialists in the development, manufacture and marketing of egg handling and processing equipment. The group has a new corporate identity as Sanovo Technology Group.

Over the past five years, in addition to adding cutting-edge products at unprecedented speeds, the company has moved beyond its egg handling and processing systems, with the introduction of vaccination equipment, enzymes and environmental solutions, making significant investments in R&D, innovation and manufacturing efficiencies.

To support and further this expansion, a new group has been established – Sanovo Technology Group.

The management team consists of Bjørn Mathiesen, Managing Director and CEO, Helge Fillipsen, Group Sales Director and Pedro Wiggers, COO.

Sanovo Technology Group is headquartered in Denmark, with production units in Denmark, Holland, Italy and USA. Sales and service of Sanovo and Staalkat products will continue to be handled from the offices in Denmark, Holland, Argentina, Brazil, China, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Russia and USA.

The group today consists of:

  • Sanovo Technology A/S, the innovative world market leader in egg processing equipment
  • Staalkat International specialising in farm packers and egg graders
  • Sanovo Process Solutions, specialising in global distribution of enzymes to the egg industry
  • Sanovo Environmental Solutions, servicing the egg industry with solutions to environmental challenges
  • Rame-Hart, global leader in production and marketing of equipment for flu vaccine production, and
  • Foodcraft, a global supplier to the poultry processing industry with more than 100 production lines installed.

Sanovo Technology Group will be unveiling several new innovative technologies over the next 18 months.
