South Korea has restarted fresh poultry exports to Hong Kong after being shut out of the market following a low pathogenic avian influenza (LPAI) outbreak reported last December, the government said on 1 April.

Yonhap reports the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries saying that Hong Kong has lifted its ban on chickens and ducks from the South Jeolla and South Chungcheong provinces.
