The next IEC conference will be held in London from 3 to 5 April and the Annual Marketing Conference will be held in Washington D.C. from 18 to 22 September.

In April, the IEC London Conference returns once more to the recently refurbished Royal Horseguards Hotel. The Conference Programme is already taking shape with the Production and Trade session focusing on the carbon footprint of eggs and the Economics session on the build up to the EU cage ban in 2012. As usual, there will be a great line-up of speakers, currently confirmed are Dr Adrian Williams of Cranfield University, Professor Hans Wilhelm-Windhorst IEC Statistical Analyst and Nan-Dirk Mulder of Rabobank. IEC says it always enjoys a warm and welcoming reception at this hotel and the views over the River Thames and landmarks including the London Eye are truly breath-taking.

In September, IEC is looking forward to hosting the IEC Washington Conference at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center. Gaylord National is the crown jewel of the newly developed National Harbor, a dynamic waterfront community in the Washington DC area. A world-class hotel and convention center, it covers 41.7 acres and has 2,000 luxurious rooms including 110 lavish suites. The spectacular 18-storey glass atrium offers sweeping views of the Potomac River and the monuments and skyline of the nation's capital.

Further information will be made available on the IEC web site [click here].
