US - McDonald's Senior Director of Marketing is scheduled to speak at the annual meeting of the International Egg Commission (IEC) in Washington, D.C, next month.

During the Marketing session on Monday morning, Darci Forrest will address IEC delegates on the topic of 'Eggscellence in Breakfast at McDonald's.'
Ms Forrest will speak about the key trends affecting away from home breakfast, and the importance of eggs in McDonald's growth. She will also discuss how the breakfast development and testing process is managed, innovation at breakfast, and how breakfast opportunities are identified at McDonald's.
She joined McDonald's in 2006, and currently serves as Senior Director of Marketing on the Menu Innovation Team for McDonald's USA. She leads strategic direction and new product development and testing on Breakfast and Happy Meals for McDonald's 14,000 US restaurants.
