The conference had united 1,050 poultry specialists from 37 countries, among them 470 were representing poultry farms from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, the Baltic states and Transcaucasia.

As usual, Biomin Ukraine was a General partner of the event and had organised a seminar and a Biomin party, which was called Biomin Darts Party.

All the conference participants were cordially invited to the Biomin events by hostesses dressed for the occasion.

After analysing the market needs and clients' interests, Biomin Ukraine had prepared a seminar focusing on:

  • Anti-nutritional feed factors: mycotoxins and phytates: modern methods of solving the problem – O. Trufanov
  • A sustainable alternative for feed safety, animal health and natural growth promoting in broiler production – R. Urbaityte (Technical Manager, Biomin)

Judging from the full conference room, the seminars were well received and for the most attentive listeners of the seminar Biomin Ukraine had prepared special presents.

During the conference, Biomin Ukraine also had a commercial booth at the exhibition near the entrance, welcoming visitors and informing them about Biomin's product portfolio.

In the evening, a special event for Biomin Ukraine clients was prepared – the Biomin Darts Party. The main idea of the party was based on the popular game, darts. Each party guest had a dart labelled with a certain Biomin product name and various problems related to poultry production were plotted on the dartboard. Guests who had hit the correct solution-problem combination entered a lottery.

The evening was full of joy and fun due to live music and a dazzling saxophone performance.

The team of Biomin Ukraine was honoured to welcome the Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, Mr A. Sen, who also had participated in the darts game.

"Prosperity and development based on a natural way of animal feeding provides animal products safety for human health. Human health is our nation's health," commented Mr Sen.
