According to Latercera, the APA asked for the aforementioned with a view to preparing for it's defense against allegations of collusion by FME.

The Court agreed with the Association in January so the FME had no choice other than to comply with the demands of the APA. However, the FME refused to do so, leading to a suspension of the case.

The accused party can't prepare its defense until and unless the FME returns the documents.
