VIV Russia showcases new products and services, state-of-the art technologies and the latest trends in the animal protein industry. In addition to the exhibition an extensive conference and seminar programme is in preparation.

More than 70 per cent of the total exhibition area has already been booked or reserved by suppliers, including a considerable number of leading companies in various parts of the animal production and meat processing supply chain such as Alltech, Provimi, Andritz Feed&Biofuel, Aviagen, Pas Reform, Big Dutchmen, Poly-Clip, Meyn Poultry Processing solutions.

VIV Russia will be held for the sixth time at the International Crocus Exhibition Center in Moscow.

Another new initiative is MeatTech Russia. This special theme presents international suppliers active in slaughter technology and the processing of red and white meat.

This theme aims to better serve the growing number of VIV Russia visitors that work for or are linked to integrations. Just as in 2011 during the previous edition, the CropTech-FeedTech Russia Pavilion for the milling, processing, storage and handling of feed and crops will return to VIV Russia.

There will be business all-over at VIV Russia, which serves as the linking pin for international, regional and local supply and demand. Visitors will benefit from the expertise of exhibiting companies and look for strong business opportunities within the full feed to meat supply chain.

The upcoming edition features country presentations from countries such as France, Spain, Italy, China and for the first time ever a Dutch pavilion, celebrating and boosting the special bilateral relation between the Netherlands and Russia in 2013.

VNU Exhibitions’ project manager Guus van Ham said: "We are dedicated to create an inspiring business climate.

"With still one year to go, VIV Russia 2013 already provides a solid foundation to actively involve all stakeholders by connecting governments, knowledge centres and market players.

"VNU Exhibitions Europe and ASTI Group will achieve an event where business can be done and where high ranking players can improve their knowledge to run a more profitable business. VIV Russia is offering international expertise to satisfy local needs. The market has enormous opportunities for new investments and by improving the knowledge level investments will yield even more return."
