How to minimise losses and reduce the condemnation of the poultry that come to the slaughterhouses is the theme of the panel that opens the XIV Poultry Symposium of South Brazil, which will include the V Poultry Brazil South Fair at the Plinio Arlindo De Nes Center for Culture and Events in Chapecó.
