This third annual event seminar is modelled on the company’s world technical school held each May at its Siloam Springs headquarters in Arkansas.

"Our market share is rapidly growing in this region, particularly in Central America and Canada, which is clearly reflected in the tremendous interest and participation in this seminar," said Ken Semon, director of technical service for North America.

"The seminar delivers our management programmes to the largest audience possible throughout the region. Each day we provide not only the latest advice on breeder, broiler and hatchery management but also cover more general topics such as nutrition, ventilation, health and an economic model showing bottom line profitability of Cobb products.

"The event is really an ideal opportunity for customers to interact with our technical experts so they can take back and implement new ideas. It makes them feel like they’re part of a bigger team — our Cobb team."

Joining speakers from the Cobb World Technical Support Team were prominent industry experts including Mike Donohue from Agristats, and Dr Keith Bramwell from the University of Arkansas.
