Danisco Animal Nutrition Launches Axtra XAP in Asia Pacific01 March 2013
THAILAND - The rising costs of feed raw materials particularly vegetable proteins like soybean meal is a focus for Danisco Animal Nutrition at the VIV Asia Exhibition in Bangkok, Thailand from 13 to 15 March – where it will feature the Asia Pacific launch of its Axtra® XAP feed enzyme.
This enzyme combination offers proven effects of protease on protein and amino acid digestibility, supplemented by the release of energy thanks predominantly to the xylanase and amylase enzyme components. It has been developed to meet the growing challenge for poultry species to digest increasingly complex diets.
VIV Asia offers Danisco Animal Nutrition an excellent opportunity to demonstrate its commitment to its feed industry customers through delivering both new and proven solutions – now even more so, thanks to the impressive additional scientific capabilities within DuPont.
TC Tan, Asia Pacific Regional Director for Danisco Animal Nutrition comments: "VIV Asia 2013 represents our first event in Asia Pacific where we are exhibiting under our new DuPont identity, and identifying our well-known brands such as Axtra®, Betafin®, Phyzyme® XP, Enviva®, Porzyme® and Avizyme® combined with the strength of the DuPont name in front of the feed industry. Our mission is to exploit DuPont’s strength in Agriculture and market -driven science, to build on our existing strengths in enzymes, betaine and probiotics, with a healthy pipeline of new solutions."ThePoultrySite News Desk
