Zoetis has launched to a new web-based ordering site that offers customers in the United States 24/7 access to more than 300 product lines that support the health of beef and dairy cattle, poultry, pigs, dogs, cats, horses and sheep.

The new eCommerce site (click on SHOP) - the industry’s most robust and personalized web-based ordering system of its kind - features a personalized home page that creates a seamless interaction between Zoetis and its customers, displaying recent order history, product preferences and promotions specific to the user’s practice.

"Customers can still expect the same level of interaction and support from their Zoetis representative. However, the eCommerce site will now provide the added convenience of 24/7 online access to help our customers more effectively manage their supply of medicines," said Digital Strategy Director Imran Haque.

"The launch of the new eCommerce website is taking this process one step further by allowing us to offer customers an enhanced digital experience that treats our customers like the individual animal health professionals they are—each with unique needs and preferences."

Currently, Zoetis processes 2,000 orders a day, five days a week in the US, through its call center. As customers engage the eCommerce site, they will have the flexibility of ordering 24/7 online and still receive the high level of customer support veterinarians and livestock producers have come to expect from Zoetis.

Early users of the new web site credit the site’s ease of use and simple design, which has helped to add convenience to the ordering process.

"The Zoetis eCommerce site is great and easy to navigate; placing an order is simple and quick," said Erin Ray, Purchasing Manager, Jersey-Calhoun Veterinary Hospital.
