From 17 to 28 March 2014, the WVEPAH will be giving a two-week course in Dhakar, Senegal. The course will be held in French.

In May 2014, the same course will be given in English in Berlin, Germany, and in Spanish in Mexico City, Mexico, in the same month.

The course is likely to take place in China in 2015. There is also a section that will cover the commercial layers, waterfowl and turkeys.

This course targets veterinarians already in practice, looking to specialise in or improve their skill in poultry medicine.

The training programme will be supported by the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE).
