Pollos San Mateo Chooses Petersime for New Hatchery

ARGENTINA - On 24 April, Pollos San Mateo s.a. inaugurated its new hatchery in the province of Córdoba.

The new hatchery has been equipped with Petersime single-stage BioStreamer™ incubators as well as a complete hatchery climate control system, including heat recovery, for an efficient and biosecure production of day-old broiler chicks.

Pollos San Mateo s.a. is a family business which has already been dedicated to poultry for more than 40 years. The head office is located in Rio Ceballos, 30km from the city of Córdoba.

Mateo Ligato, president of Pollos San Mateo s.a., explained: “As a company that works hard to get excellent quality chicks, we are proud that we now own a modern hatchery with the best technology present in our country.”

Besides the new hatchery, Pollos San Mateo operates modern technology breeder and broiler farms as well as a state-of-the-art feed mill.
