Italian Customers Visit Hy-Line US Facilities09 July 2014
US - Hy-Line International recently welcomed a group of important Italian customers for a two-day visit. Accompanied by Hy-Line Italia’s Dr. Fiorini Paolo, the group participated in discussions with Hy-Line staff and toured facilities.
With a large focus on topics ranging from pullet weight, persistency, nesting behaviour and feed consumption, the group spent time speaking with Hy-Line Population Geneticist, Dr Petek Settar.
The customers visited the Dr Dennis Casey Research Farm and the Dr Jim Arthur Research Farm. Also, during their visit extensive discussions were held on health and nutrition issues with members of the technical services team, Drs. Doug Grieve, Ian Rubinoff and Robert Van Wyhe.
Hy-Line Italia sells Hy-Line Brown for the local table egg market and Hy-Line W-36, which is very popular with the large Italian processed egg industry customers.
