Transport of eggs to a central location is one of the crucial aspects in the production of eggs. The new egg lift is adjustable for an even more precise transport of eggs in every situation.

Egg transport systems of Jansen Poultry Equipment ensure a careful transport of eggs to the central gathering point. The integrated solution exists out of the FarmPacker egg packer, FlexBelt egg transport conveyor, Cobot palletizing robot and the new egg lift for the VolMaxx enriched colony system.

Multiple egg belts can be turned on at the same time resulting in a faster egg collection process. Applying the complete product range for egg collection saves a lot of labour and helps maximizing the results of egg production.

The new egg lift for the VolMaxx enriched colony system bridges various heights in order to transport eggs to a central collection area. The output unit can be adjusted to the exact height of the FlexBelt or other (cross) egg conveyor belt that brings eggs to the central collection area.

Input units are not required with the MultiFlex Elevator of the VolMaxx enriched colony system. The egg belts of the VolMaxx passes eggs directly onto the carriers of the MultiFlex Elevator egg lift.

Also new: Adjustable MultiFlex elevator for aviary systems

Also new are the adjustable input- and output units of the MultiFlex Elevator for aviary systems. The input unit collects eggs from various tiers of the aviary system. Eggs will be transferred smoothly to the carriers of the MultiFlex Elevator. The output unit connects the MultiFlex Elevator with the FlexBelt or other (cross) egg conveyor belt that brings eggs to the central collection area.
