Arm & Hammer acquired Vi-COR effective January 2015. Prior to the acquisition, Arm & Hammer was a NAFTA-based business primarily in the dairy industry. Vi-COR, also heavily invested in the dairy business, brings multi-species access to the Arm & Hammer brands.
