We are pleased to announce that Ruben Bake recently joined Alaso as Chief Financial Officer and is based out of the company’s headquarters in Lakeland, FL.

Before joining Alaso, Mr Bake worked at Safeworks, LLC, a worldwide manufacturer of industrial equipment. He was Vice President and General Manager of their international operations, based out of Belgium.

Prior to Safeworks, he was Global Marketing Director for the Performance Material Division at Ashland, a Fortune 500 specialty chemical company.

His prior assignments included Business Management, Sales and Marketing Management, Corporate Strategy and Business Development with Ashland and E.I. DuPont de Nemours.

Ruben Bake holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Delaware (USA). He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and German, and conversational in three additional languages.

With his extensive experience in large and medium size corporations in various manufacturing industries, Mr. Bake will strengthen Alaso’s operational excellence and implement best practices and processes, as the company continues to grow and expands its global activities.
