Bloggers on Board for British Egg Week
UK - British Lion eggs is challenging a group of top bloggers to celebrate British Egg Week (5-11 October) by creating a classic egg recipe with a twist.

It has been 60 years since the famous Tony Hancock TV adverts saying “go to work on an egg” so British Lion eggs has been revamping some classic egg dishes and giving them a 2015 twist to celebrate the great British egg – showing that there’s no end to the versatility of this great ingredient. The new recipes range from a falafel Scotch egg, to Spanish eggs Benedict, and a ‘Super green omelette’.
