They were accompanied on the trip by Dr. Miguel Valls, Technical and Veterinary Service Manager of NOVOGEN, by Sergio Bia Candia, Sales Manager South America and by Alexis Carfantan, NOVOGEN Sales Coordinator for the Southern Cone.

The first part of the trip took place in Bretagne where the local team of NOVOGEN accompanied the delegation to see the NOVOGEN R&D facilities, allowing them to learn more about the very interesting progress on the genetic level. Mr. Nishizawa Ikuro, MD of Caisy LTDA commented: "The quality of the genetic selection and the various innovations undertaken by NOVOGEN gives me great confidence in the quality of the NOVOgen Brown and NOVOgen White breeds." The group also visited various commercial farms where the very good performance levels of the NOVOGEN breed in the field could be demonstrated.

Following these visits, the entire delegation visited for a day the SPACE fair in Rennes which allowed them to take see the latest developments in the poultry sector. After a short break in Paris the last part of the trip took place in The Netherlands with a tour to the hatchery of Verbeek, the NOVOGEN distributor for the Benelux, Germany and Poland, as well as a visit to some of Verbeek’s breeder farms. The group particularly appreciated the professionalism and the motivation of the Verbeek team.

In bright sunshine the group posed at the common headquarters of NOVOGEN and Hubbard, together with the management of the NOVOGEN company.
