Previously, Charles Swain was a technical service manager for Cobb-Vantress in the mid-southern U.S. He’s known for building positive relationships with customers and helping them achieve maximum performance.

Swain began his career with OK Foods in 1992 after graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business. He later helped start the broiler program for Hudson Foods in Kentucky and then spent more than a decade as a breeder manager for Foster Farms in Arkansas.

“We value experience and customer relationships at Cobb, and Charles excels with these skills,” Chris Dyer, director of U.S. sales, said. “I can’t wait to see what he can accomplish as sales manager.”
