French Minister for Agriculture and Food visits the Beijing Factory of France's top veterinary pharmaceutical company during Emmanuel Macron's official visit to China.

On the occasion of Emmanuel Macron’s official visit to China, Marc Prikazsky, Chairman of Ceva Santé Animale, yesterday received Stéphane Travert, French Minister for Agriculture and Food, and his delegation to present the Beijing factory of France’s N°1 veterinary pharmaceutical company. The site manufactures poultry vaccines* and employs 140 people. Ceva Santé Animale employs 500 people in its establishments in China, where it has been present since 2002.

Today, Ceva Santé Animale is one of the most innovative world leaders in poultry vaccination technologies. Some 20 billion birds are protected by its new-technology vaccines annually (i.e. one in four broilers produced around the world). Thanks to its vaccines, cutting-edge vaccination equipment and services for poultry farming, the Group contributes to enhancing the protection of animal health and, consequently, human health.
