China likely to resume US soy deals, but action on tariffs uncertain, USDA chief

China (Reuters) - China will probably resume buying American soybeans around 1st January 2019 because of limited supplies in Brazil after slashing imports from the United States due to the US-China trade war, US Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue said on Monday
