Hybro strengthens representation in C.I.S.
CIS - As part of its continuing recruitment drive to strengthen sales and technical teams worldwide, leading Dutch broiler breeding company Hybro BV has appointed Mrs. Tanja Gordeeva as sales manager C.I.S. from May 1, and Mrs. Anna Nemtseva as sales representative for the area.
Mrs. Tanja Gordeeva has a long-standing reputation in the Russian Poultry
industry in which she is active almost 40 years now. After graduating from
Biological Department of the Moscow State University where she specialized
in animal genetics, she joined Central Poultry organization of the USSR as
a geneticist taking part in developing local genetic programs, generating
the breeds and building up a net of breeding farms for the state, supplying
poultry industry with the best of local breeding material.
Being also involved in export of breeds from other countries she had many
contacts with international breeding companies and through Euribrid company
effectively cooperated with former Soviet Union for many years.
In 1992 Mrs. Gordeeva joined Euribrid company as commercial and technical
representative. Working for Euribrid she built very strong market for Hisex
in C.I.S. countries and greatly contributed to the growth of Hybro's share
in this market. Mrs. Tanja Gordeeva will report to Hybro area manager for
Central and Eastern Europe, Bart Feijen.
Mrs. Anna Nemtseva holds a degree in Business Administration and has ten
years of experience in sales and marketing working for western companies,
among them Hendrix Poultry Breeders, where she worked as sales coordinator.
Anna also took up her new role on May 1 onwards and will report to Mrs.
Tanja Gordeeva.
Hybro general manager Richard Maatman is delighted that both Tanja and Anna
have joined the Hybro team. "Hybro has been established in the former
Soviet Union since 1965 - and Tanja has made a greatly-valued contribution
to Hybro's strong customer relationships in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine,
Belarussia and the Baltic States.

effective technical service and short lines of communication, as well as a
