Print This Page Russia lifts ban on import of poultry products from French regions
RUSSIA - Russian agriculture watchdog on July 24 lifted the temporary ban on import of poultry products from the French regions of Loire Atlantic and Pas de Calais, the Rosselkhoznadzor’s press service told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.“The ban was lifted as France’s state veterinary service provided guarantees on eradicating the Newcastle disease in these departments,” the press service said.
France is also allowed to export hatchable eggs, poultry meat, fodder and fodder supplements.
