Print This Page Cherkizovo Group's First-Half Poultry Production
RUSSIA - Russia's Cherkizovo Group meat processor and livestock breeder says it increased its poultry output by 20 per cent year-on-year in the first half of this year, according to the Interfax news agency.
The company said it will release full details of first-half production in October.
It currently operates two poultry farms, but plans to increase this number.
The Cherkizovo Group recorded a turnover worth USD546 million in 2005, a year-on-year increase of USD82 million.
