New quality manager for Hybro
THE NETHERLANDS - As its plans for further market expansion this year get underway, broiler breeding company Hybro B.V. has appointed Mrs. Dorothé Ducro as quality manager, to oversee the quality management of all processes and procedures within the Hybro organization , in order to maintain and further improve the quality of Hybro's products and services worldwide.
With immediate effect, Mrs. Ducro takes responsibility for maintaining and improving Hybro’s proprietary quality management system in line with ISO 9001 and HACCP standards. Mrs Ducro reports directly to general manager Richard Maatman.
Mr. Maatman says of the appointment: “We are very pleased that Dorothé has accepted this important role.
“Her appointment reflects our unwavering commitment to the highest quality standards across our complete product portfolio, and a key focus for her will be to ensure the predictability of Hybro products, services and processes for our customers.”
Dorothé (39) graduated in Zootechnics at the Agricultural University of Wageningen in 1994, and then began her career at Wageningen with doctoral research into pig fertility and breeding.
From 1999, Dorothé worked as breeding and reproduction coordinator and quality manager for the Institute for Pig Genetics (IPG) in The Netherlands.
