Hubbard appoints Vipavadee Niyamacom
MALAYSIA - Hubbard is very pleased to announce that as per the 1st of May 2007 Vipavadee Niyamacom (Vipi) is appointed as Sales Manager for West Malaysia.Vipi has already successfully increased Hubbard’s Color and Industrial breeder business in Sabah and Sarawak, as well as Hubbard’s Color business in West Malaysia. This appointment reflects on this success and aims at further developing Hubbard’s sales and customer support in West Malaysia on the Industrial breeders. She reports directly to David Fyfe, Hubbard’s Business Director in Asia.
In addition to Malaysia, Vipavadee Niyamacom is already successfully managing Hubbard’s business in Vietnam, Sabah, Sarawak, Brunei, Singapore as well as the Color PS Sales in Thailand. Vipi has a long experience in the poultry business, having worked for a number of years first with one of Hubbard’s Integrated Grand Parent customers and then working directly with Hubbard in Customer Support in Thailand.
David Fyfe states, “Malaysia is a major focus for Hubbard with a view to further develop their Hubbard Flex sales and customer service. The appointment of Vipi to manage the sales role in addition to the recently announced appointment of David Harrower in the role of Technical Service Manager is a further re-enforcement of Hubbard’s commitment to this important Market. In 2006 Hubbard placed several flocks of Hubbard Flex PS in the region and the response from the Industry to the initial results of these flocks at breeder, broiler and processing level have been very positive, proving that they do have a competitive alternative choice to the existing strains available today.
We wish to take this opportunity to wish Vipi every success and at the same time to express our profound thanks to Willie Blokvoort for his many years of service and hard work for Hubbard within the region. As from May 1st Willie Blokvoort will dedicate 100% of his time to Hendrix Genetics.”
