Godrej Tyson Foods Names New CEO

The company is a joint venture between agri businesses firm Godrej Agrovet and world's largest meat processor and marketer Tyson Foods, according to The Hindu.

The report continues that Tyson Foods, which entered into the joint venture with Godrej in June this year, has 51 per cent stake in the company.

Mr Malik joined Tyson as a senior director in the corporate strategy and development department and took over as the company's Vice-President last year.
