New Web Site for Egg Consumers Launched

GLOBAL - Thinkegg.com, the International Egg Commission's consumer web site, is now live.

Designed to promote eggs through interesting egg facts and tasty recipes from around the world, Thinkegg.com is the international egg industry's link with egg consumers worldwide.

At the International Egg Commission (IEC) London Conference on 30 March, Mike Scott, the IEC Communications Adviser, presented the Thinkegg.com web site and stimulating a debate to discuss how IEC members would like the site to be developed.

Thinkegg.com has massive potential, says the IEC: it is a powerful communications tool that can support every country's own egg marketing campaign. Possible development could include egg-specific games, quizzes and promotions. The site is already accessible in 10 major languages, including Chinese, Japanese and Russian.
