Forthcoming Health Lab Testing Schemes from GD
NETHERLANDS - GD Animal Health Service is organising proficiency testing schemes (PTSs/ring trials) for infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV)/Gumboro and Newcastle disease virus (NDV) antibody detection in serum.

The goal of the PTSs is to determine the performance of individual laboratories for specific tests. The PTSs are officially accredited according to the international guideline ILAC G13:2007. Time schedule for the PTSs:
- Closing date for the application: 5 August 2010
- Shipment of the samples: week 32, 16 August 2010
- Submission of the test results: week 38, 20 September 2010
- Draft report: week 40, October 2010
- Final report: week 44, November 2010
