UK journalism student showcases poultry industry in Farm to Fork

Poultry is the most consumed meat in the UK, but few people know the process of how their chicken get from farm to fork.

Bethan Edwards, a recent Broadcast Journalism graduate at The University of Salford located near Manchester, UK, created a television series delving into the process and sustainability of poultry farming as her final class project. Edwards lives on her family's poultry farm in the UK.
