Chance Bryant and Bob Ickes from Cobb presented the award to Ricky Pinkerton, George's breeder manager.
Mr Bryant commented: "George's breeder personnel have worked very hard, remained focused on the basics and functioned as a team, making tremendous improvements over the last few years to achieve this this performance. We congratulate them on earning this well deserved award."
